SBS ENGAGED AS OWNER'S PROJECT MANAGER IN NORTH ADAMS, MA

The Massachusetts School Building Authority has confirmed the appointment of Strategic Building Solutions as the Owner’s Project Manager for the revitalization of Silvio O. Conte Middle School in North Adams, Massachusetts. Conte Middle Schools is a 93,000-square-foot, 90-year-old building with numerous structural problems.  Currently, the building is not operating as a school and the past enrollment has been disbursed throughout the Citywide school system. The school district and its school committee have also decided that it is in the best interests of students to replace the current K-5 elementary and 6-8 middle school model with a K-8 configuration.
