The Honua Kai Luxury Condominium complex includes 700 condominium units divided between two towers and three town home clusters.  The towers are called the North Enclave and the South Enclave.  Phase One included the construction of the South Enclave tower as well as one to two town home clusters.  The Phase One South Enclave project encompassed 318 units and common areas. 

SBS was engaged to provide comprehensive commissioning services which included review of construction documents, verification of installation and operation of mechanical systems, and identification and documentation of any installation/operation inconsistencies.  In addition, SBS provided functional performance testing systems which included variable refrigerant volume (VRV) air conditioning units along with associated condensing units, as well as exhaust fans, supply fans, domestic hot water systems, lighting and power.
