Strategic Building Solutions was selected to serve as the Owner’s Representative providing comprehensive Project Management and Building Commissioning services for the construction of a new 14,224 gross square foot Performing Arts Center at Vermont Academy.

Vermont Academy has created, with its new Performing Arts Center, a place which will give students the support and opportunity they need to find a voice, take the stage, and play with passion.  After 129 years, the arts have a formal home on the Vermont Academy campus.

The project included a 350-seat theater, theatrical lighting and audio-visual facilities, a gallery for displaying student art and space for scenery construction.

As the Owner’s Representative, SBS was directly responsible for technical review, project management oversight services, and monitoring overall expenditures for the project.
