Cordoba Condominiums
Doral, FL

The Cordoba Condominium Complex is a four-story residential building which encompasses 224 residential units and features courtyards, secluded pool deck, and a clubhouse for residents which features a state-of-the-art fitness center. This complex is the first residential complex to be developed within a 120-acre, mixed-use community designed as the heart of the City of Doral.
SBS was engaged to provide comprehensive commissioning services to include initial design review, review of construction documents, verification of installation and operation of mechanical systems, and identification and documentation of any installation/operation inconsistencies.
